<p>今日要上Cooking Class ，唔知點解晨早流流醒咗，就先寫個食譜俾大家啦！還在keep fit當中的我，有陣時都想食啲邪惡嘅嘢食，例如炒粉絲！點解話佢邪惡呢？因為喺出邊食嘅炒粉絲，一般都要落好多油，先做到條條分明嘅效果！要keep fit但係又想食，最好嘅方法就係自己整！今次用上咗即食雞胸，加埋蝦殼熬湯，再加埋新鮮嘅海蝦，好味、惹味又健康嘅炒粉絲誕生！</p>
