<p>又到考試週，同小朋友溫書其實並唔係容易嘅事，有個陪讀經驗嘅家長應該好明白<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />要喺呢一個考試週入邊放鬆自己，我會整嘢食<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f606.png" alt="😆" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />鮮製蠔油，好多年前整過一次，之後就冇整啦，因為開蠔時間都好耐下！今日突然間又想整，退而求其次唔用帶殼嘅生蠔，就用台山蠔啦！講真鮮味係唔及帶殼嘅生蠔，我會比80分！不過阿女話：「你整嗰啲蠔油真係好好好好好好味<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f606.png" alt="😆" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f9aa.png" alt="🦪" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />」，比起樽裝嘅蠔油就一定好食好多嘅！加上可以自己選擇甜啲定係淡啲，製作需時只需要一個鐘頭左右，大家都可以試吓呢！</p>

<p>今日收到一個遠在美國的SOS WhatsApp，住在美國的朋友明天宴客，打算跟我嘅食譜做一道泰式柚子沙律。其實柚子沙律係好容易做嘅菜式，問題係佢買唔到泰式辣椒膏，本身打算用蝦醬來代替，但係蝦醬同泰式辣椒膏嘅味道差距實在太遠！有朋友求救，當然就要幫吓手啦。馬上拎出泰式辣椒膏嗰樽野出嚟睇吓！label 後面有晒材料，不過份量就要靠自己估吓。</p>



<p>用咗泰式辣椒膏幾年，對佢嘅味道都相當熟悉，所以就根據經驗整咗以下嘅formula出來，屋企姐姐試完之後同我講：It tasted much better than the one in the jar!又幾識食喎<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f606.png" alt="😆" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f606.png" alt="😆" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f606.png" alt="😆" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
