										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>今天到了楊屋道街市買餸，有很多很平又新鮮的三點蟹，體積如手掌般大，細細的，但蟹味鮮甜。馬上買上了一斤，約6隻細細的三點蟹。再到相熟的菜檔買來日本南瓜及本地蕃茄，回家就泡製簡單又美味的南瓜蕃茄蟹湯。</p>
<p>蟹湯製法不難，就是劏蟹需要一點工夫，但只要半小時的時間，就能把材料處理好，再煲45分鐘，清甜的蟹湯就完成啦！加了少許金不換葉添加香氣，味道十分獨特呢！</p>

<p>步驟：</p>

<li>南瓜以粗鹽清洗外皮切件、蕃茄去外皮也切件</li>
</ol>
<ol>蟹以刷清洗好，劏好及切件。</ol>
