<p>喺咁多款肉食當中，個個屋企人都鍾意食嘅就係雞啦！雞嘅做法變化萬千，中式嘅白切雞、豉油雞、炸子雞……西式嘅炸雞、香草烤雞等等，都係大家鍾意嘅菜式。適逢暑假就諗一個新嘅菜式出嚟，將芫荽雞、豉油雞結合無水煮究竟會係點樣呢？結果不錯，一路煮嘅時候成間屋都係香草嘅香味，大家都好期待製成品，加上用無水煮嘅方法，放咗落個煲入邊等時間夠就可以，非常方便。</p>
