<p>雖然天氣仲係比較清涼，但係有時都會想食啲凍盤，尤其係宴客嘅時候，整定凍盤喺雪櫃，一拎出嚟就有得食，非常方便！</p>



<p>一向好喜歡花椒同埋八角嘅香味，帶少許辛辣而獨特嘅味道，今次就用花椒入饌，為咗唔好搶走花甲嘅清甜味，用咗花椒油嘅方法去製作，加上中式黑醋及指天椒，一道開胃既菜式勁快手完成！</p>

<p>牛油清酒煮花甲，雖然用上清酒，但其實烹煮嘅過程入邊酒精都揮發左，小朋友都照食啦！仲話好好食添，今次呢個食譜比較簡單，一次過寫埋俾大家，睇吓下面啦！</p>

<p>材料：花甲1斤、金不換2-3棵、蒜頭2粒、紅辣椒1-2隻（怕辣可省）、泰式chili paste 2茶匙、魚露少許、椰糖少許</p>

<p>步驟：</p>

<li>花甲洗刷乾淨後，以滾水灼熟（開口為熟），以清水洗淨確保無沙</li>
<li>金不換取葉洗淨、蒜頭切粒</li>
