<p>在楊屋道街市見到有新鮮嘅牛肚賣，仲要係我最鍾意嘅金錢肚！即刻買咗佢，返屋企用自製嘅滷水汁嚟整。</p>



<p>牛肚嘅精髓在乎過自製滷水汁，慢慢炆入晒味好好味！新鮮牛肚始終好食過急凍嘅好多，另外自己洗亦都放心啲，因為牛肚屬於內臟，點都要洗得乾淨啲先好食嘅！</p>
