<p>材料：冬瓜一斤、蝦米2湯匙、瑤柱1粒、瘦肉$10、冬菇2隻、雞脾菇1隻</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>冬瓜及雞脾菇切粒</li>
</ol>
<ol>
<li>瑤柱及冬菇洗淨浸水，冬菇變軟後用粟粉清洗乾淨及切粒</li>
</ol>
<ol>
<li>瘦肉洗淨切粒，以豉油及糖略醃</li>
<li>蝦米洗乾淨</li>
<li>在鍋中加入我們適量水，水滾後先加入 冬瓜粒、蝦米、雞脾菇粒、瑤柱及冬菇粒煮約30分鐘，之後加入瘦肉粒煮熟，加入鹽調味即成</li>
