<p>突然間好想食清遠雞，就去街市買嚟一隻新鮮嘅清遠雞啦！清遠雞同三黃雞有咩唔一樣呢？首先佢冇咁肥，然後體積比較細啲。肉嫩滑得來比較實淨，加上自家製既鹽焗雞粉，簡簡單單蒸熟然後再加一個蔥油汁，齒頰留香啊！</p>
