<p class="p1">大家都知道海參富含高蛋白、低脂肪、低膽固醇且不含膽固醇，對於抗衰老，維持心血管健康係非常好嘅食物。不過大家都覺得發海參其實非常繁複，所以一般唔會喺屋企整，其實發海參只需需要耐心嘅等待，技巧需求幾乎係零，今次用上快速進化嘅方法，只需要大約兩日半至三日，海參迅速快高長大<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60f.png" alt="😏" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />由乾海參嘅11.5克，浸發後變咗91克<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60f.png" alt="😏" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p class="p1">而今次發嘅係關東遼參，係咁多款海參入面我最鍾意嘅，因為佢有一款獨特嘅香味。今次用上60頭嘅size，發出來大大條，做燉湯或者宴客非常適合。</p>
