										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>去日本旅行，最愛是到魚市場食最新解的刺身：拖羅、海膽、金目鯛&#8230;&#8230;應有盡有，大飽口福。在香港，偶爾也會想吃海膽，通常也會在一些大型連鎖超市買，因比較衛生。但都是細細盒，難以盡興。</p>
<p>今次在幫襯開的魚檔訂了北海道海膽，一盒250g<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />,可以食餐飽！海膽生吃味道甜甜，入口即溶，當然好食！但我家，除了我吃刺身外，其他人只吃熟食<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f605.png" alt="😅" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />於是一半海膽就用作炒飯。炒香後的海膽，不再入口即溶卻香味滿瀉。一同吃，無論是口感還是味道，都是一流的享受呢<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>調味：鹽少許、日本豉油少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>先煲飯，如用新鮮煲好的飯，米水要比平時下得少一些，煲好後開蓋冷卻一會兒</li>
<li>在碗中拌混兩隻雞蛋，加入適量鹽拌混</li>
