<p class="p1">上個月幫魔鬼群組嘅朋友仔買咗二百幾包鵪鶉髀，然後就收到好多嘅查詢：「Daphne，鵪鶉髀要點樣整呀？」，「Daphne，鵪鶉髀用黃咖喱醬整得唔得？」，「Daphne, 鵪鶉髀用來煲湯得唔得？」</p>



<p class="p1">終於都有時間整返啲鵪鶉嘅食譜俾大家，其實鵪鶉髀size並不大隻，但係肉質嫩滑可口，我自己比較偏向用嚟整蒸飯，或者醃咗佢氣炸或者煎！今日就先寫咗蒸飯嘅食譜俾大家。</p>

<p class="p1">話咁快端午節又就快到！</p>



<p class="p1">五月尾要去中學嗰度教班，教少數族裔嘅同學仔大部份都唔食豬肉，有啲又唔食蝦米、有啲又唔食鮑魚，既然係咁就研發一隻素糭，大家都食得。</p>



<p class="p1">好多人覺得素糭味道唔夠鹹肉糭豐富，但係其實素糭入邊有好多唔同種類嘅豆豆、加埋姬松茸同埋羊肚菌，味道都好好！今日整完食咗一隻，真心覺得唔錯<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f970.png" alt="🥰" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />加上冇落到肥豬肉同埋鹹蛋黃，對身體負擔冇咁重，今個端午節，大家不妨試吓整啦！</p>
