										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>幾年前坐月時，陪月姨姨成日燉雞汁我飲，雞脾就留來蒸。那時第一次食紅棗蒸竹絲雞脾，又滑又香，所以而家間唔中都會買來起左隻脾蒸黎食，而個身呢，通常會用來煲椰汁雞湯<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f924.png" alt="🤤" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>材料： 竹絲雞一隻（我起左脾只用雞殼、如怕肥可起皮）、黨參2條、茨實蓮子適量、瑤柱一粒</p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>竹絲雞洗淨斬件，用跑活水方式處理</li>
