<p>本身想在上個星期分享這個食譜給大家，但是因為實在太忙的緣故，最後遲遲地在今天才寫食譜給大家。藍龍蝦的樣子與波士頓龍蝦差不多，但是味道卻鮮味很多，肉質亦非常彈牙。</p>



<p>今次就分享埋點樣煮伊麵俾大家睇，等大家可以follow一下！但是因為肚餓的關係，所以有些步驟沒有相片呢，大家只要跟從步驟去做，就必定會成功啦！</p>

<p>材料：伊麵一個、藍龍蝦一隻（大約一斤）、青蔥適量（切段）、洋蔥¼個（切件）、薑三片</p>



<p>調味料：雞湯一杯、紹興酒一湯匙、糖一茶匙、生抽一湯匙、老抽適量、生粉水少許、魚露一茶匙</p>



<p>步驟</p>



<p>藍龍蝦先放冰格2小時至龍蝦雪暈，開邊後切件</p>

<p>在龍蝦件上噴上油，放氣炸鍋中以200度的溫度氣炸7分鐘至九成熟</p>

<p>伊麵放在滾水煮軟，放在水喉水下洗乾淨，鯨乾水</p>



<p>在炒鍋中爆香薑片、蔥白及洋蔥件，約三至4分鐘至焦香後放入龍蝦件炒香，加入花雕酒炒香</p>
