<p>步驟</p>

<li>蒜頭去衣切碎、檸檬葉切絲、紅辣椒切粗絲</li>
<li>䱽魚洗淨，抹乾後在魚內放入3-4片薑，再加入少許鹽及酒醃半小時</li>
<li>蒜粒、紅辣椒絲及檸檬葉以油炸香</li>

<li>䱽魚抹乾撲上生炒</li>

<li>燒紅煎鍋加入適量油，把魚煎香</li>
<li>魚放碟上，倒上少許魚露及放上炸蒜、紅辣椒絲及檸檬葉即可</li>
