<p>下個月就過新年啦，呢排整緊一啲新年糕點嘅食譜，芋頭糕老公好鍾意食，但係我就好少整，今年係時候整俾佢食。查詢過好多喺酒樓工作嘅前輩，佢哋話芋頭糕一般會加雞粉，等啲芋頭糕香啲好味啲，自己整，想健康啲今次就唔加雞粉，用上自家製嘅清雞湯同埋無添加嘅菇粉，美味依然<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/263a.png" alt="☺" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />而芋頭則用上荔蒲芋頭，整出嚟軟綿綿，好好味<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/263a.png" alt="☺" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p class="p1">老公讚好好味嘅菜式！點解無啦啦煮呢度菜式呢？其實有一個故事：話說幾個月之前有一間電視台嘅編輯曾經搵過我，問我有冇興趣參加一個廚藝比賽，可惜嗰幾個月我有好多旅行要去，所以就婉拒咗啦。</p>



<p class="p1">前兩日突然間睇到呢個廚藝比賽嘅精華片段，參賽者需要煮呢度菜式，我就心諗：「如果我喺現場嘅話會點樣煮呢？」，於是就喺街市買嚟三種主要嘅材料：腸粉、肉蟹同埋豬肉。</p>



<p class="p1">煎香左嘅腸粉加上簡簡單單煮嘅肉蟹同埋豬肉，肉蟹嘅鮮味入晒腸粉入邊，腸粉又大啲脆卜卜，老公話：「好好味呀！」</p>



<p class="p1">由於要記錄低點樣整，所以順手出個食譜俾大家，聽日放假有興趣嘅朋友仔可以試吓整。</p>

<p class="p1">小時候爸爸間唔中都會入廚，我哋都好期待佢入廚，因為每一次佢煮嘢食總會有啲驚喜，煮嘅都係我哋鍾意嘅嘢食！黑椒汁煎牛扒、炸子雞、炸雪糕、燒鵝……當然唔少得嘅係過時過節一定會食嘅茄汁蝦碌！爸爸整嘅茄汁蝦碌酸甜適中，加上彈牙嘅蝦肉、脆卜卜嘅蝦殼，真係成隻蝦都食晒！</p>



<p class="p1">昨日心血來潮，又想整一下茄汁蝦碌，煮咗咁多年今次改一改煮嘅方法，用上新鮮自家製嘅茄汁，唔知整出嚟嘅效果會係點㗎呢？</p>



<p class="p1">自家製嘅茄汁酸甜層次比較豐富，食到新鮮蕃茄嘅味道，加上新鮮嘅中蝦去整，又鮮味又惹味！整多啲茄汁放喺雪櫃，仲可以比小朋友點薯條食<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p class="p1">小時候爸爸間唔中都會入廚，我哋都好期待佢入廚，因為每一次佢煮嘢食總會有啲驚喜，煮嘅都係我哋鍾意嘅嘢食！黑椒汁煎牛扒、炸子雞、炸雪糕、燒鵝……當然唔少得嘅係過時過節一定會食嘅茄汁蝦碌！爸爸整嘅茄汁蝦碌酸甜適中，加上彈牙嘅蝦肉、脆卜卜嘅蝦殼，真係成隻蝦都食晒！</p>



<p class="p1">昨日心血來潮，又想整一下茄汁蝦碌，煮咗咁多年今次改一改煮嘅方法，用上新鮮自家製嘅茄汁，唔知整出嚟嘅效果會係點㗎呢？</p>

<p class="p1">上個月幫魔鬼群組嘅朋友仔買咗二百幾包鵪鶉髀，然後就收到好多嘅查詢：「Daphne，鵪鶉髀要點樣整呀？」，「Daphne，鵪鶉髀用黃咖喱醬整得唔得？」，「Daphne, 鵪鶉髀用來煲湯得唔得？」</p>



<p class="p1">終於都有時間整返啲鵪鶉嘅食譜俾大家，其實鵪鶉髀size並不大隻，但係肉質嫩滑可口，我自己比較偏向用嚟整蒸飯，或者醃咗佢氣炸或者煎！今日就先寫咗蒸飯嘅食譜俾大家。</p>

<p>最近好多朋友仔買咗咖喱醬，然後問我咖喱醬要點樣整呢？係咪淨係可以用嚟整咖喱四寶？今日適逢要參加一個畢業禮，做小粉絲，返到屋企嘅時候已經係傍晚，冇好多時間做晚餐就拎一個咖喱醬出嚟，叫姐姐預早解凍雞翼同埋醃鹽，返到屋企先批薯仔，45分鐘就整好呢個菜式！有汁有餸，撈碗飯搞掂！</p>

<p class="p1">今日姐姐突然間要放假去送機，於是乎我就做咗一日全職媽媽<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />朝頭早起身煮早餐俾小朋友，然後忙着ball and chain 既新貨發佈，幫大家訂咗一大輪袋之後，就準備午餐，再送去學校俾小朋友<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />然後去買餸準備今晚嘅晚餐。</p>



<p class="p1">已經計劃好晒，今晚要食乜嘢，買咗牛坑腩、薯仔、雞翼同埋黃咖喱醬，跟住返屋企準備煮嘢食！</p>

<p>明天又去同一間學校教少數族裔嘅學生整冰皮月餅，希望令佢哋明白多啲中國嘅文化，由於傳統月餅製作需時，學生亦都冇咁大興趣，所以今次整咗呢一個芒果忌廉芝士冰皮月餅，食落去就好似食甜品一樣，唔會覺得好漏，對於麻麻哋月餅嘅我，呢一個作為甜品都係一個唔錯嘅選擇，既然要寫食譜比同學仔，就喺度寫埋食譜俾大家啦。今次使用台灣牌子嘅預拌冰皮粉，節省一啲時間。</p>
