<p class="p1">前排買到幾包左口魚裙邊刺身，又買咗一個新嘅日本製陶鍋，加上工人姐姐放假！就做一個一鑊熟嘅飯，有餸又有飯，非常方便。</p>

<p>上次去Kk屋企嗰度整咗個牛小排，阿女念念不忘，希望我整多一次！於是今日晏晝就整俾佢當lunch 啦，今次用上咗美國嘅牛小排，非常非常鮮嫩好味，呢個菜式適合剛剛學煮嘢食嘅朋友，因為實在太簡單啦！大家快啲試吓啦。</p>

<p>細個時好喜歡食三文魚刺身，一次可以食好多，及後，睇左好多報導關係三文魚好多蟲<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f631.png" alt="😱" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f631.png" alt="😱" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />就無再生食了，熟食自此都少左，但間唔中還是會想食的！三文魚咁多個部份，自已最愛吃的是最平的三文魚骨腩，的返少少肉、多多骨，但肉質最嫩魚油最香！</p>

<p>由細到大我嘅腸胃都比較敏感，食錯少少嘢就會肚痾，然後就會頭暈同埋發冷<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f972.png" alt="🥲" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />前兩日食咗一個叉燒飯，然後覺得開始唔妥，中午去咗七八次洗手間，然後夜晚開始發冷。第二日好少少，但係仍然都有肚瀉嘅症狀。</p>



<p>到咗今日，病情好返啲啦，由於想休息多啲，所以去咗一田買壽司俾小朋友食，經過蔬果嘅位置，見到有好靚嘅茄子，立刻買來一個，準備午餐時候煮嚟食！</p>



<p>病咗嘅時候我嘅身體會自己話我知需要食啲乜嘢，後尾Google睇返原來茄子有止瀉嘅功用，咁就啱晒我啦！</p>



<p>用上清清地嘅汁煮方法，加埋少少薑蓉刺激食慾，清清地食一餐、又快又有益！</p>
