<p>幾天前放假，想同阿女玩下做吓親子嘅手工。諗起多年前喺酒店食過嘅金魚蝦餃，蝦餃一向自己都有整開，做金魚形狀應該都不是太難吧！</p>



<p>早上喺街市買來新鮮嘅泰國花蝦，放冰格冰幾個鐘頭再攞出來做蝦餃，鮮蝦做嘅蝦餃非常美味！加埋喺北海道直送嘅帶子同埋黑毛豬肉，配上金魚可愛嘅造型，小朋友話：「我唔捨得食呀<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f979.png" alt="🥹" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />」</p>



<p>放假嘅時候就同小朋友一齊試吓整啦！</p>

<p>泰菜同西餐有啲不一樣嘅地方，就係泰菜嘅沙律唔係作為頭盆上菜，而係同主菜、湯類、咖喱等等一齊上菜。食一啖飯、食一d沙律、飲啖湯……全部嘢一齊食，所以泰菜中嘅沙律有陣時都會有肉類，可以當主菜咁食。</p>



<p>泰式燒豬頸肉，好多人都食過，亦都好喜歡食，但係豬頸肉比較肥膩，將豬頸肉加入沙律嗰度不但可以去除油膩嘅感覺，仲為豬頸肉添加咗清新嘅香草味道，加上特製嘅泰式醬汁，味道更加立體，大家不妨試吓！</p>

<p>打風前一日傍晚去到街市咩都冇得賣！只係勉強買到少少材料：牛腩邊一斤、紅蘿蔔一個、青瓜同埋一啲生果。</p>



<p>返到屋企之後見到屋企仲有兩個蕃茄、仲有之前買嘅刀削麵，當然仲有唔少嘅香料啦！正統嘅台灣牛肉麵會用牛骨去熬製湯底，打風邊度？仲有牛骨呢就用冰櫃入面之前整定嘅雞湯底啦！簡單版嘅台灣牛肉麵，一樣好食。台灣牛肉麵其實唔難整，不過係需要一啲時間，如果情況許可嘅話，用新鮮牛骨熬湯，再用牛坑腩同埋牛筋來整更加好食（懶嘅就去CC Super買牛湯底啦）</p>

<p>土匪雞翼，大家都鍾意食，如果用土匪醃料嚟整土匪雞又點樣呢？材料好簡單只係有一隻雞，但係醃料嘅材料比較多！其實買多啲醃料喺屋企，可以Mix and match整好多唔同嘅菜式出嚟，係一個唔錯嘅idea！土匪烤雞，可以轉做烤雞翼、烤雞髀、烤雞鎚……黑芝麻喺表面，脆卜卜又香又好味！</p>

<p>明明今日好忙、明明有啲眼瞓，但係又好想寫食譜喎！咁就寫埋先瞓覺啦！喺中式餐廳成日食到嘅鎮江排骨或者黑醋排骨，其實喺屋企非常容易整！只要記住口訣，12345 +1半，就可以做得到啦！</p>



<p>12345加一半係咩呢？一瓶蓋紹興酒、兩湯匙老抽、三湯匙生抽、四湯匙陳醋或鎮江醋五湯匙水（可按喜好增加）+半塊片糖，用佢炆排骨45分鐘就搞掂啦！係咪聽落去好簡單呢？快啲去睇食譜啦!</p>
